Slackline Classes

 

Interested in learning how to slackline? Well, you've come to the perfect spot! Slackline KL provides classes for slackliners of all skill levels. Here's a chance for you to improve your balance and get fit while having fun at the same time! Come join a class and learn a skill that benefits you for life!

Learn everything you need to learn about the basics of slacklining. Our beginner slackline classes gets you acquainted with the 3 simple tips for mastering how to walk on a slackline and then more. As you advance, learn various basic static tricks such as the Crouch, Knee Drop, Footplant, Jump Mount, etc.. Pick up pointers on how to mount a slackline from the sitting position and then, just practice, practice, practice!

 
Basic Slackline Class (Private/Group)
Beginner Level
1 Session x 1.5 hours

 

A basic introduction to finding balance on the slackline through the practice of developing core strength, focus and stability. Improve on concentration, muscle strength, spatial awareness, breathing, core integration, flexibility and confidence through a fun and addictive exercise.

Classes are held at public parks around the Klang Valley and are available for both private coaching and group sessions.

We cater each slackline session according to YOUR needs so be it for strength training, weight loss, physiotherapy/rehabilitation or just overall fun, Slackline KL can guarantee you a workout to remember! Learn how to walk forward and backward, kneel, sit and lie down on the slackline and so much more.

Intermediate Slackline Class (Private/Group)
1 Session x 1.5 hours

Now that you've mastered walking the slackline, it's time to learn some awesome new moves. Discover and practice tricks such as the Knee Drop, Foot Plant, Lever, the infamous Double Knee Drop and a whole lot more!

This intermediate class focuses on tricks, transitions and intermediate slacklining techniques.
